  • Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Translation or Business related disciplines
  • 1 year relevant experience
  • Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy

  • Proficiency in MS Office (including PowerPoint and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing

Corporate Business Development

Ref.: WCH-SA

  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ experience in information and cyber security, with good knowledge & practical working experience of Next Generation Firewall, Vulnerability Scan, Penetration Test, Network Segmentation, Advanced Endpoint Protection, Web Application Firewall and Security Information and Event Management
  • Knowledge of IT systems and network are preferred
  • Self-motivated, fast learner & self-disciplined
  • Responsible, analytical & attention to details with creative problem solving abilities

Development

Ref: GSO-PD

  • Degree in Interior Design
  • Over 10 years' experience in handling residential / commercial design projects
  • Experienced in handling full set of presentation, tender and construction drawings independently
  • Strong in liaising with various consultants to execute large scale interior design project
  • Initiative with design talent and willing to work under pressure

Ref: JCH-IOW-IA

Responsibilities

  • To manage all aspects of interior design process, construction, administration and documentation for project
  •  To ensure the process of project implementation and construction are well-managed and properly documented
  • To ensure all deadlines and schedules in the site are met
  • To ensure the quality of construction documentation and workmanship
  • To ensure drawings are checked for design and technical integrity before issuing out
  • To prepare weekly progress reports and attend site meetings
  • To coordinate and manage samples and mock-up submissions and approvals
  • To monitor trade contractors' and suppliers' progress, conformance and quality, snag lists
  • Handover defects list

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Interior Design/ Project Management
  • At least 10 years' relevant experience in interior design industry, especially for high rise building residential projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, systematic and able to work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written English

Those who are in Construction & Engineering line/ not in Interior Design field may not apply

Ref: JCH-PC

  • Diploma / High Certificate or above in Building Studies or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ experience in drafting in Architectural Office
  • Skills in AutoCAD, GBP submission, working drawings and project coordination works

Ref: HYA-IOW-DEV

  • Certificate in Building Studies or related field
  • At least 15 years’ relevant experience in building construction and/ or fitting out works
  • Skill in PC (AutoCAD & MS Office)

Ref: JCH-AO

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or property related disciplines
  • At least 2 years' secretarial or administration experience in sizable organization, preferably in property field
  • Experience in project contract admin is preferred
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including PowerPoint and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing

E & M

Ref: JCH-EME

  • Chartered Engineer and Degree in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 10 years’ experience in design, installation, testing and commissioning of E & M systems, preferably in PD or FS System and with solid working experience in property developers and consultant firms
  • Good communication & managerial skills in handling development projects
  • Self-motivated, innovative, mature, result-oriented and able to work independently and under pressure
