  • University graduate with professional accounting qualification
  • At least 5 years’ accounting and/ or auditing experience
  • Sound knowledge of current accounting standard requirements
  • Independent, attend to details, strong analytical & time management skills
  • A team player with good working attitude and effective communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English


  • University graduate with professional tax/accounting qualification(s)
  • 3-5 years’ experience in corporate tax compliance, preferably gained in professional firms or MNC Experience or knowledge in transfer pricing would be an advantage 
  • Assist in handling tax queries from tax authorities
  • Conduct research on corporate and other tax matters
  • Perform ad hoc projects/assignments independently as requested

Construction Audit and Quality Assurance


  • Degree in Building Studies / Construction Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years’ solid experience in construction with residential project experience
  • Good command of written English
  • Occasional travels to PRC / overseas


  • Degree / Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Construction related studies
  • At least 5 years' solid experience in construction field, with residential project experience is an advantage
  • Highly motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in writing of English / Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications

Construction Management


  • CIC certified BIM Manager / Professional Member of HKIBIM or equivalent
  • At least 6 years' relevant experience in Architectural / E&M projects
  • 4 years of which in large scale multi-disciplined projects, proficient in production of CSD and CBWD
  • Well-versed in BIM software / application (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, etc.)
  • Good interpersonal, communication, training and leadership skills


  • Degree in Building / Construction Management, Building Services, Engineering, Surveying or related disciplines
  • Well versed in Building Regulations
  • At least 5 years' solid experience in construction management and planning, contract administration, site co-ordination and control
  • Member of CIOB, CIBSE, HKIE or equivalent is an advantage
  • Good communication, negotiation and management skills


  • Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Studies or related field
  • As least 5 years’ relevant site experience
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
