  • At least 3 years’ experience in information and cyber security, with good knowledge & practical working experience of Next Generation Firewall, Vulnerability Scan, Penetration Test, Network Segmentation, Advanced Endpoint Protection, Web Application Firewall and Security Information and Event Management
  • Knowledge of IT systems and network are preferred

機電工程

Ref: PMU-IOW-E&M

  • Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience in building services of quality and workmanship and on site coordination for building services
  • Initiatives and able to work under pressure

資訊科技

Ref.: PMU-SSE

  • Degree holder in IT related discipline & Certificate Holder of MCDBA/OCP/CISSP/CRISC is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Proven working experience as a Database administrator with hands-on experience with practical skills in database standards and the ability to manage SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle databases
  • Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL
  • Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Linux/Windows Server based environments
  • Experience with web server administration on Linux and Windows Server
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization
  • Experience with cloud networking, storage and compute services
  • Experience with PAM and EDR is a plus
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Good communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational skills and analytical power

內部審計

•    Qualified Accountant with a Degree in Accounting / Business related disciplines
•    At least 3 years of relevant experience in sizable corporation, preferably with PRC exposure and in the field of Statutory Audit or Internal Audit
•    Knowledgeable in PRC accounting and taxation
•    Good business report writing skills
•    Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
•    Proficient in MS Office 
•    Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin
•    Travel to PRC is required
 

租務

Ref.: GCH-SLM

•    Degree in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing, or related discipline
•    At least 15 years’ experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from renowned property developer / agency
•    Solid experience in a managerial position for malls of repute or of a certain scale in HK / China
•    Familiar with current market conditions, with extensive and solid networks with retail tenants
•    Strong market sense and proactive attitude, good interpersonal & communication skills
•    Analytical, aggressive, outgoing, excellent negotiation and presentation skills
•    Good command of written and spoken English, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Leasing Manager position

•    Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / property related disciplines
•    At least 10 years’ working experience out of which 5 years to be in a supervisory role overseeing budget and operation control, preferably in property developer firms
•    Experience in compliance, ESG or risk management is a definite advantage
•    Strong sense of control and in its implementation, with solid experience in preparing guidelines
•    Committed to develop a long-term career, good responsibilities and analytical mind
•    Proficiency in MS Office and good command of English
•    Willing to travel occasionally to PRC
 

Ref.: GCH-AMLA

•    Degree in Accounting / Business Administration or property related disciplines
•    A CPA qualification or other professional qualification in Accountancy or Internal Audit would be a plus
•    7 years’ experience with at least 3 years in leasing operation, property management, budget controls or related fields, preferably in property developer
•    Strong sense of internal control, systematic, mature and committed
•    Able to work under pressure and commit to a long-term career development
•    Proficiency in MS Office and good command of English
Candidates with more experience may be considered as Senior Assistant Manager.

•    Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Surveying, or related disciplines
•    At least 8 years’ related leasing experience, preferably gained from property developer / agency
•    Familiar with retail property industry in HK
•    Strong market sense and proactive attitude
•    Good time management, negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills
•    Proficiency in MS Office
•    Good command of written and spoken English, fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage
