  • University graduate in business, accounting, finance or related discipline
  • 3-8 years of solid experience in accounting / finance, investments or business management
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and knowledge in structured financial products an advantage
  • Team player with excellent inter-personal, communication and analytical skills
  • Mature, independent and self-motivated
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and well-versed in MS Office
  • Perform research, evaluation and analysis of potential investment / business development opportunities
  • Work with the team and other counterparts to execute investment initiatives and special projects
  • Assist in the management of both international and local business operations
  • Act as a key coordinator between the company and business counterparts and service providers
  • Perform operational data analysis and prepare reporting and presentation materials

  • Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ experience in information and cyber security, with good knowledge & practical working experience of Next Generation Firewall, Vulnerability Scan, Penetration Test, Network Segmentation, Advanced Endpoint Protection, Web Application Firewall and Security Information and Event Management
  • Knowledge of IT systems and network are preferred
  • Self-motivated, fast learner & self-disciplined
  • Responsible, analytical & attention to details with creative problem solving abilities

機電工程

Ref: PMU-IOW-E&M

  • Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience in building services of quality and workmanship and on site coordination for building services
  • Initiatives and able to work under pressure

資訊科技

Ref.: PMU-SSE

  • Degree holder in IT related discipline & Certificate Holder of MCDBA/OCP/CISSP/CRISC is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position
  • Proven working experience as a Database administrator with hands-on experience with practical skills in database standards and the ability to manage SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle databases
  • Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL
  • Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Linux/Windows Server based environments
  • Experience with web server administration on Linux and Windows Server
  • Experience with virtualization and containerization
  • Experience with cloud networking, storage and compute services
  • Experience with PAM and EDR is a plus
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
  • Good communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational skills and analytical power

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information System or related discipline
  • At least 5 years' working experience in project management, requirements analysis and system development.  Knowledge in ERP and/or Billing system is an advantage
  • Proficiency in C#, MS SQL/MySQL.  Experience in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Ionic, PHP is an advantage
  • Well-organized, good communication & interpersonal skill
  • Immediate availability is preferred

  • Degree in Accounting / Business Administration or property related disciplines
  • A CPA qualification or other professional qualification in Accountancy or Internal Audit would be a plus
  • 7 years’ experience with at least 3 years in leasing operation, property management, budget controls or related fields, preferably in property developer
  • Strong sense of internal control, systematic, mature and committed
  • Able to work under pressure and commit to a long-term career development
  • Proficiency in MS Office and good command of English
  • Willing to travel occasionally to PRC

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager

  • Degree in Business or property-related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from property developer / agency
  • Good business network with retail tenants / property agencies
  • Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Leasing Officer
