Introduction

Strategically located at Terminal 4 of the Kwai Tsing Container Terminals, Hutchison Logistics Centre is a multi-storey drive-in freight distribution centre that offers container vehicles direct road access to each of its warehouse floors. Adjoining a 10-storey office building, the Hutchison Logistic Centre has a total GFA of about 4,710,000 sq. ft. and is comprised of warehouses, office space, as well as 118 car parks. The project was completed in 1993.

• The warehouses have a clear height below beam of 16 ft., and a floor loading capacity of 350lb/sq.ft. All of the floors enjoy direct vehicular access, and are served by 2 cargo lifts and 4 passenger lifts.
• The office building is served by 7 additional passenger lifts and one extra cargo lift.
