Metropolitan Tower is atop Yingkou Road Metro station, which is the interchange of Tianjin Metro Lines 1 and 3. The 53-storey tower has exemplary interior design and each floor is approximately 2,150 to 2,450 sq. m. The development also has a ceiling height of 2.9 meter and a 150 mm raised floor system for the storage of telecom and fibre optic cables, allowing more flexibility in the use of space.
