Kerry Everbright City is located in Shanghai’s Zhabei district and consists of three development phases. Phase one has been completed and includes a prime office tower and a commercial tower with a total gross floor area of approximately 140,000 sq. m. Phase two has also been completed and contains a prime office tower and four residential towers with a total gross floor area of approximately 180,000 sq. m. Phase three of the development includes two prime office towers, and a podium-styled building comprising a service apartment tower and commercial area with a total gross floor area of approximately 140,000 sq. m.
