Beverly Hills is a residential development that is located in Chongqing’s New North Zone. At its north is Jiangbei International Airport and at its south is Chongqing’s city centre. Beverly Hills is a villa compound in Chongqing with 217 detached villas built on a site area of approximately 200,000 sq. m. Each of the units features their own private lift, garage and garden. Included in this North American styled project is also a clubhouse with various recreational facilities. The whole development occupies a residential gross floor area of approximately 72,000 sq. m. and was completed in 2005. All units were sold out.
