Phase 1 of The Greenwich is located in Gaoxin’s CBD, a newly developed commercial area, and is adjacent to the Gaoxin Government Administrative Centre. It is delineated in the east by ZhangBa Er Road, west by ZhangBa San Road, north by Jin Ye Er Road and south by Jin Ye San Road. Phase 1 occupies an area of approximately 100,000 sq. m. The site features Chinese-styled gardens that are a balance design of East and West, modern and classic.
