Lake Como is located in Shanghai’s Jiading Nanxiang district and will be built next to a
16-hectare eco-water park. Occupying a total floor area of around 600,000 sq. m., the project will be developed into a comprehensive development comprising of high-rise apartments and townhouses. It will be one of Shanghai’s rarest comprehensive lakeside residential complexes that feature several natural river channels.
