Development

Ref.: STS-AO

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or property related disciplines
  • At least 2 years' secretarial or administration experience in sizable organization, preferably in property field
  • Experience in project contract admin is preferred
  • Detail-minded, well-organized, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (including PowerPoint and Excel) and Chinese Word Processing

E & M

Ref.: VYA-EME

  • Chartered Engineer and Degree in Mechanical / Building Services Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 10 years’ experience in design, installation, testing and commissioning of E & M systems, preferably in PD or FS System and with solid working experience in property developers and consultant firms
  • Good communication & managerial skills in handling development projects
  • Self-motivated, innovative, mature, result-oriented and able to work independently and under pressure

Ref: PMU-IOW-E&M

  • Higher Diploma / Certificate in Building Services / Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical Engineering
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience in building services of quality and workmanship and on site coordination for building services
  • Initiatives and able to work under pressure

Leasing

Ref.: GCH-ALM

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Surveying
  • At least 8 years’ working experience with minimum 5 years in retail leasing field
  • Familiar with commercial / retail property industry in HK
  • Strong market sense and proactive attitude
  • Good negotiation, interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good time management and can complete task in a timely manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command of written and spoken English

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Assistant Leasing Manager

Ref: AWO-SLO

  • Degree in Business or property-related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from property developer / agency
  • Good business network with retail tenants / property agencies
  • Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin 

 

Ref.: AWO-PO

  • Degree in Marketing / Public Relations / Communications or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in promotion, marketing or public relations with proven record in shopping malls / retail
  • Creative, outgoing and independent with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and detail-minded
  • Familiar with CRM, digital promotion, social media promotion
  • Basic knowledge in Photoshop / graphic design would be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English

 

Ref.: AWO-AA

  • Diploma or above
  • 1 year experience in secretarial or administration experience preferably gained from property developer / property agent / property management company
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Administrative Officer

  • Degree in Business, Marketing or Real Estate
  • Provide support on retail / commercial leasing activities and related works and liaise with tenants / property agencies
  • Passionate to develop in leasing and willing to learn
  • Self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
